Share Your Culture Pleasantly

Share Your Culture Pleasantly

Xwama Cultural village suggests you to share your cultural pattern during the festive session. You can do this by inviting your friends or taking your family to dinner at Xwama, a culturally oriented restaurant in Namibia, Windhoek. It will be lovelier if everybody agrees to dress up culturally to prove you are all proud of your culture. Share and discuss cultural things that you have realized your friends or family they seem not to be aware of, while you are enjoying the traditional drinks and foods served.
Why culture is important?
Culture is seen as a scheme of control, wherein people shape their standards and behaviors. Thus influence one’s way of living, as well as impact social life.
The importance of culture lies in the fact that it is a link between people and their value systems. Culture is a bond that ties the people of a region or community together. It is that one common bond, which brings the people of a community together. The customs and traditions that the people of a community follow, the festivals they celebrate, the kind of clothing they wear, the food they eat, and most importantly the cultural values they adhere to bind them together.
Merry Christmas

Family time

As the festive season is approaching, many people are going for holidays or bring in families. But we should not forget that some of our families are very traditional and critical when it comes to modern ways of doing things or especially the food. Spending time with family can be very fun and challenging at the same time meaning: you will have to make sure they have the best time visiting you.  This is the time to invite your family, friends and foreign friends to come visit in your own country and give them a Namibian treat that will make them remember you, food is one of the great ideas.

Xwama is known for bringing family and friends together with our lovely traditional meals and drinks that make everyone feel at home, the environment that is filled with tradition and very friendly waiters and waitresses. Xwama cannot go wrong by making your holiday much more exciting and very memorable. Bring your family to xwama for a good family lunch or dinner and make them feel home when visiting.

Xwama appreciates delight and recognise the festive season as of happiness, giving and spending time with family. So make a stop with your lovely family and friends this festive season at Xwama Cultural Restaurant and come enjoy your time with Xwama family.
